A Message from the Author
Step onto Your Healing Path with Wellness Wisdom
This
book was arranged so it would be useful as a reference book to keep
on hand. Keep it in the kitchen, on your bedside table, or in your
office. I hope that you refer to it often. It can help you! Please
share it with as many other people as you can. You want all of your
friends and family to be healthy, free of disease, and free of
emotional issues, right? What a great gift to give for someone you
love. Most importantly, however, is to step onto your healing path.
Even if you feel perfectly healthy - mind, body, spirit, and
emotions - the benefit is to prevent health issues and maintain
health. This is especially true as you age.
Include the
lifestyle practices described in
Wellness Wisdom as part of your life. If
you have just healed a health issue, please do not go back to your
old way of being. Make your healing lifestyle your permanent
lifestyle. Let's stay healthy by staying on the healing path and
making it your ongoing path.
If you want to improve your health or prevent disease, make the
changes necessary to eliminate a worry and fear based life. Hold
onto positive thoughts and emotions everyday. Get plenty of sleep
and rest. Engage in an exercise routine that includes breath work.
Establish a practice of meditation and eat healing organic foods
with an emphasis on vegetables.
All healing is spiritual first. In fact, all of life is spiritual
first. You are spirit living in your body. Your spirit, your soul,
is who you are. Get to know that part of you. Learn to live in the
present moment, letting your soul show you the way. Surrender your
fears and set intentions for what you desire. Trust that God will
take care of the rest. Then enjoy each day with joy. This is the
best prescription for leading a long, healthy life, and it is so
freeing and joyful. Please give it a try.
If this feels overwhelming, don't try to change and do everything
all at once. Start incorporating healthy changes gradually. Perhaps
you will be inspired to start by changing how you eat. Perhaps you
will start incorporating regular meditation into your life, but
please start.
I want to share the intention I set the day I learned of my
diagnosis: "I will be guided and supported to heal myself
successfully, so I can offer hope for others, and share what I
learn." This book is a manifestation of this intention. May it offer
you hope and empowerment, as well as knowledge.
